When is it a "Learning Problem"?
A learning problem is a developmental or neurological condition affecting the way an individual receives, processes or expresses information. A Learning Disability needs to be addressed when it draws attention to itself or gets in the way of person reaching his full potential. 15% of the population has a processing disorder!!
